Customized System Design

Each hydrogen sulfide removal scenario is unique and our team designs each system to meet customers’ individual needs.  Our computer models aid in sizing vessels for optimum efficiency and our field experience allows us to specify equipment that will work most effectively at each production location.

Run Time Analysis

System design is not complete until we analyze and review chemical consumption and run time expectations with our customers.  Our unique chemistry predictably removes H2S.  Heliodor Solutions equipment does NOT need constant monitoring to ensure optimal chemical performance.  We accurately predict run time between changeouts based on parameters provided by our customers so they can determine total operational costs and schedule resources for changeout.

Installation Support and Operator Training

Every new H2S removal system is important to us.  Our team shares our expertise with customers who are installing systems.  We will review drawings and physical sites before and during the installation to ensure proper equipment placement.  We also provide training on techniques for filling vessels with fresh solution and for changeout of spent chemical.  We provide on-site training to field personnel and have operating manuals available for your reference.

Technical Support and Troubleshooting

Our team recognizes that oil and gas production is as much art as science and we expect the unexpected!  If our systems are not performing to your H2S removal standards, we will review your gas composition, operating parameters and on-site equipment to help determine the cause and solve the problem.  If a problem can’t be solved with phone support, we provide support to your personnel on site ASAP.
