At Heliodor Solutions, our business is hydrogen sulfide removal, which is good for the environment, personnel and equipment.  We take this a step further by making it our priority to conduct all of our operations in a manner that will also benefit the environment, personnel and our physical resources.  We meet or exceed all regulations regarding plant operation, environmental quality, and the safe handling, transportation and disposal of chemicals and spent solution. 

In the Field

Our expertise is in removing hazardous hydrogen sulfide from gas streams, which reduces health risks to operators, pollution into the environment, and degradation of process equipment.  This requires strict attention to safety measures.  Our entire team, including drivers, technical support, sales and administrative staff, receive in-depth training on how to work safely in this potentially dangerous environment.  Field personnel carry the appropriate personal protective equipment.  Safety training at employment is supplemented with mandatory monthly safety meetings.  Our drivers and plant staff receive mandatory Hazmat and security training in compliance with DOT regulations.

Our spent solution is nonhazardous and qualifies as an E&P exempt natural gas processing waste.  We thoroughly research the disposal requirements in every state in which we operate, which helps our customers choose the correct disposal outlet.

At Our Facilities

Our manufacturing plant is a closed-loop, no-discharge facility.  We comply with all of the requirements of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and regularly review our compliance with air, wastewater, storm water and solid waste regulations.  We take pride in our safety record – ZERO lost time accidents in the history of the company!  We requested and passed an OSHA audit at the inception of the company and have upheld these high standards as we have grown over the years.

Our Employees

Our employees are our most valuable resource.  Top management requests and regularly receives input from all employees on how to improve our health, safety and environmental performance.  From back braces to escape respirators, no safety item is too large or too small to consider.

All employees receive mandatory safety training as a condition of employment and participate in monthly safety meetings.  Our training strictly complies with OHSHA, DOT and HAZMAT requirements.

Our Fleet

Whether we deliver in our own equipment or by carefully selected common carriers, drivers are certified in the safe handling and transportation of hazardous materials.  All over the road equipment is maintained in accordance with Department of Transportation requirements to ensure safe and secure on-time deliveries.  Special care is taken to guard against contamination of tanks and loading equipment, ensuring consistently high quality deliveries to our customers.
