Who We Are
Heliodor Solutions, LP is a privately owned company based
in Brownwood, TX. The company was formed in 2004 by principals that bring 40 years
of experience in the chemical and oil & gas industries. The company acquired
proprietary hydrogen sulfide removal technology that had been used successfully
in a small segment of the petroleum and natural gas industries for more than ten
years. We recognized the superior performance of the technology and the large market
potential. We continue to succeed in our objective of greatly expanding the end-use
market for this unique technology.
Heliodor Solutions has experienced significant growth
over the past several years, expanding our customer base in the important oil and
gas producing states. We continue to expand and diversify our service offerings
with the goal of providing cost-effective, trouble-free hydrogen sulfide removal
at any point in the production or refining process. Our staff prides itself on our
integrity and our ability to work with our customers to design systems that will
exceed their expectations.
 What is a Heliodor?
Heliodor is the golden yellow variety of the mineral beryl. The
beryl family also includes emerald, aquamarine and morganite. The name “heliodor”
is Greek, meaning gift of the sun. The Greeks believed that the heliodor contained
the power and warmth of the sun and that it was responsible for the alternation
of day and night. The heliodor is believed to bring equilibrium and courage to the
wearer. It stimulates the mind and promotes a clear head, especially in negotiations
and mentally demanding work.
